Position: Stakeholder Engagement Team Lead
Job description:
• Identify and analyze the areas of potential sustainability (non financial) related risks threatening the financial bottom-line or success of across diverse sectors.
• Conducting qualitative & quantitative research to assess the materiality of risks
• Searching for, procuring, and processing information about global companies using multiple methods, techniques and sources.
• Working with various types information sources such as annual reports, quantitative data feeds, web crawlers to source relevant information including quantitative data, prose narratives
• Monitoring quality and productivity metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Participate in various working committees and/or projects.
Requirements:
• Post graduates from a premier institute
• Excellent Communication, Research and Team working skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a financial research and ratings/business research/consulting organization
• Demonstrated experience in team management, ideally involving a global team
• Strong Data Analysis skills
• Experience in using various research databases and tools i.e., Factiva, Thomson, Bloomberg
• Experience in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, demanding environment
• Hard worker, creative thinker and proactive by nature

1. Business Development: Identify and create an action plan for new areas that the business could grow in. This could be identifying products that Arastan could diversify into, identifying events and exhibitions that Arastan could participate in throughout the country, creating sales and business plan for 2012 and ahead, developing online and retail strategy etc.
2. Operations: Manage end-to-end logistics both supply side and customer side. On the supply side this could be coordination with our suppliers at different locations (India and abroad) and managing the processes necessary to import stock to Arastan. On the customer side this could be managing online and retail operations to ship products from Arastan to customers in different parts of the world etc.
3. Administration: Day to day running of the business. This could be managing the day to day finance and accounting procedures, staying on top of regulatory requirements, handling incoming and outgoing stock, documenting learning and processes to create a knowledge base etc.
