We are looking for an experienced programmer with the following skills:

Ruby on Rails, Capistrano, Git, Linux, HTML/DHTML/CSS/Javascript, prototype, jquery, Ajax, AWS (S3/EC2/SQS/SDB), RESTful design, Starling, DelayedJob, Apache + Phusion Passenger, MySQL, database optimization, solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals i.e data structures & algorithms (proficient in at least one higher level computer language c/c++/java)
