We have purchased a script from the following site:

There are certain tweaks required with respect to the functionality in the script. The design has to be changed completely.
This new portal will be using a lot of AJAX features. Hence request the you to be an expertise in PHP/AJAX.
Since this is a starup company, any higher quotes will not be considered. Please dont forget to include your previous experiences in handling any such similar sites.
